Delivery Schedule

Please allow up to 28 days for delivery.  Most items will be received within 2 days of the original order. If you need to know estimated delivery time before making an order, then please call us on 07952 115132 or email tom@roller-shop.co.uk prior to making the order. If we do not expect to fulfil an order within 28 days, we will email or call you to let you know.

When goods are shipped overseas it is the responsibility of the buyer to return the goods and cover postage costs even if the goods are faulty. All items are thoroughly checked on arrival from manufacture and before being sent.

Tax Charges

All prices listed on our site include any EU Tax required. For orders outside of the EU, you will be responsible for any import duty/import taxes depending on the tax laws of the country you are in.

Guarantee

All goods are covered by standard manufacturer’s warranty as describes in the information provided with the goods. Due to the nature of the sport, sticks are not guaranteed. There is also an understanding that moving parts along with reasonable wear and tear is taken into account with many products. Along with this an understanding of basic equipment maintenance is expected that Roller-Shop are not responsible for.

Returns Policy

If you are unhappy with the products in any way you may return them within 7 days of receipt at the cost to the customer, for either a full refund (less our courier charges) or for an exchange, this must be done within 30 days of receipt. We will send the exchanged item to you free of charge, on receipt of the original goods.

Returned items must be in a new and unused condition, with all tags and packaging included. All returns are checked by Roller-shop before a refund is issued. We will not accept returned goods that are not in a saleable condition and will return them at cost to the buyer.

When items are ordered as a complete set, these are put together to order for the customer and are deemed to be custom made.  As they are custom made, they are non-returnable.  If you wish the order to be returnable, then please ask that the sets are not put together.  Providing that the boots and skates are unused and returned with all packaging, then a refund may be given.

In all cases when returning goods please include a note including your name, address, the order number from your invoice, a contact telephone number and the reason for return. Please also state whether you require a refund or exchange.

We would advise you to at least obtain proof of posting when returning goods, as loss or damage during return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
